Registration
Registration is between 9:30 and 10:00 on Friday morning in Auditorium F. Rogiers of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration (Faculteit Economie en Bedrijsfkunde), Tweekerkenstraat 2, which is very close to the Faculty of Arts and Philosophy (Faculteit Letteren en Wijsbegeerte); see map.
When facing Our Lady of Saint-Peter’s Church (Onze-Lieve-Vrouw Sint-Pieterskerk), Tweekerkenstraat is the street on the left side of the church.
The entrance of the Faculty is opposite the church’s side door. Take the door at your left, leading to a staircase. Take the stairs to floor – 1. Turn left after leaving the staircase, and follow the corridor (as indicated here). Go straight ahead, and turn right at the end of the corridor (as indicated here). There, take the stairs to floor + 1.
Auditorium F. Rogiers is located near the exit of the staircase (see Auditorium F. Rogiers).
The registration desk will be immediately in front of the entrance of the auditorium. There will be coffee and tea waiting for you in the Auditorium.
Lecture Rooms
On Friday, lectures will take place in Auditorium F. Rogiers of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration (see above).
On Saturday, lectures will take place in room 120.015, second floor of the building of the Faculty of Arts and Philosophy, Blandijnberg 2 (see the interactive map on top of the page). Here is a plan of the second floor that you might find convenient: Plan second floor
Also on the second day, coffee and tea will be waiting for you upon arrival.
